The lounge leads onto a generous balcony/lanai with superb views overlooking the 18 hole championship golf course and lake .

A large and efficient lift servers the apartment and there is undercover designated car parking.Outside the apartment is located one of several communal pools each with BBQ, although these pools are seriously under used since 80% of owners have their own private pools. All of these amenities being of exceptional quality and just a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

The famous Naples beach is at the end of Vanderbilt Road.Another very important benefit of staying at the Hampton is that our father who manages the Naples homes also lives at Vanderbilt and is on call 24/7 if necessary, ensuring a carefree vacation.
