Description :
The villa is in a great location just off the popular Immokolee road and only 1 mile from the I75 Interstate . Likewise shops are close by, all amenities and attractions within easy reach, and the beach is just 5 minutes drive .5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large pool, private and quiet, convenient, great view .
For the unfamiliar to the gulf coast there are some very important aspects when renting a villa in the region, which will greatly enhance the enjoyment of any vacation . A decent size pool, virtual total privacy and seclusion (no homes visible from the patio/pool area), southerly or westerly facing patio, uninterrupted views, and quiet yet convenient location .

Invariably guests spend a considerable amount of time around the pool area so these factors are extremely important. Palm River, like all our six villas, enjoys the benefit of a very large pool, which is heated, a quiet location on one third of an acre, and superb uninterrupted views to the west across an exclusive, little used private golf course.
There can be nothing better than relaxing around the pool, particularly in the evenings able to watch yet another spectacular sunset for which the southwest gulf coast is famous.With five genuine bedrooms and three bathrooms the villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 persons in a king bed, two queens and two twin bedrooms. In addition there is a large newly tiled lounge, dining room and great family room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and double garage; so even if full the villa still provides spacious accommodation. Having said that it is often let to only two persons who are equally at home.
As usual the villa is fully equipped with washer and driers, dishwasher, microwave, TVs, video and sound system, BBQ, hair-drier, etc. so all guests need is a suitcase of summer clothes. It is fully maintained inside and out and our father, who lives close by, manages the property making sure guests have a trouble free holiday.. |
