Silver Season:

Rental rates quoted in US$ subject
to 10% sales tax.
Booking deposit £150 or $300 the remaining
balance is due eight weeks prior to reservation.
Refundable security deposit of £200 or $350.
Pool heat if required is charged at the
nominal rate of £40 or $70 per week
These rates are inclusive of electricity, water,
digital plus cable, local telephone calls, pre-
arrival & departure cleaning.
