We invite you to enjoy our home in Rotonda, ‘Florida's best kept secret .’ The 20,000 acre wildlife sanctuary of Rotonda is just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico . Our home is located on the west side of Rotonda, the most convenient for accessing the numerous powdery white beaches and the picturesque Cape Haze peninsula, all far from the tourist trail . Also close by, the stylish towns of Sarasota and Naples and the idyllic Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and Sanibel Island . Our contemporary and relaxing 3 bed, 2 bath waterfront home has a solar heated screened in pool, facing west, offering a view of the trees and breathtaking Florida sunsets .

| The open floor plan includes a large living, dining and kitchen section, which opens to the pool area (as does the master and one guest bedroom) via large sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has a TV and leads to an oversized bathroom with two vanity units, walk-in shower and corner bath. The pool area has an outside shower, sun loungers, BBQ and large patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Our air conditioned, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated home is your home to enjoy for the duration of your vacation. A wonderful English couple that is friendly and professional manages our home. They are only a phone call away to ensure your stay is a pleasurable one.. |
