Spring Hill is a peaceful community ideally situated between the urban attractions of the Tampa-St .Petersburg area (45 min . via the Suncoast Parkway) and the lure of nature . Hiking trails, canoeing rivers winding through state forests, bicycle trails are all 20 minutes away . Our beautiful villa's spacious lanai with large, electric heated pool faces west providing outstanding sunsets and views of waterfowl, pond and a golf course fairway in the distance .

The villa is our recently purchased vacation home and consequently, is newly and very completely furnished with quality furnishings and small appliances .

The mattresses are premium quality. The villa is completely air conditioned along with celing fans in each room. There is an attached 2-car garage and an air conditioned laundry room. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a TV, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, a walk-in closet and adjacent bathroom. There are also new sun loungers and a glass top dining table and chairs on the lanai. A new gas barbeque grill is also available. The living room TV has a DVD/CD player attached. All linens, bath towels, (including pool towels), are furnished. Everything you will need is at your diposal.

There are many attractions in the immediate area. Delta Woods Park 5 minutes away offers 8 beautiful tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, basketball and handball courts, football(soccer) fields and a walking path and lake. Oak Hills, an 18-hole golf course and practice range,
is 3 minutes away. There are many other public golf courses available. There are a great variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and several theaters within minutes. In addition to the nearby attractions of wildlife and nature, Disney World, Sea World and Epcot Center in Orlando are 90 minutes away. Bush Gardens in Tampa and the Tampa International Airport can be reached in 45 minutes via the Suncoast Parkway. There is a local beach 15 minutes away and a larger public beach in Clearwater, 40 minutes away.

Pool cleaning is included in price.
Electric pool heating if required is 22GBP per
week payable in US currency.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at
time of booking, the balance eight weeks before
arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 110GBP payable
in US currency is required with the final
balance. No children under 14.
Monthly rates: 1,035 GBP payable in US currency.
Electric pool heating, if required, is 22GBP/week
payble in US currency.
