Security deposit of $1000.00 is required to
reserve your request.
Balance due no later than 30 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations – must be received in writing 30
days prior to scheduled arrival date to be
eligible for security deposit refund.
Deposit is refunded after departure and
inspection of unit.
No cash through the mail, only cashiers check or
money order.
A $75.00 cleaning fee is charged on all
rentals. All Rates are subject to FL Tourism
Tax.
Pets are allowed but a nonrefundable pet fee
will apply in addition to security deposit.
