Description: Cape San Blas is in the Florida Panhandle 50 miles SE of Panama City between Port St . Joe and Apalachicola! The Cape is 20 miles long and 10 of the 20 miles is St . Joseph Peninsula State Park! It is a miles wide at its widest point making both bay & beach access quick and easy!
The Cape Escape II is a 2BR/2 .5BA pet friendly condo . It is approximately 200 steps to the beach & the largest of the 3 Barrier Dunes fresh water fishing ponds is just outside the back door! There are 3 decks, 2 of which overlook the lake . . .cast your line from the back porch!
There is a King bedroom & Queen bedroom, both with full bathrooms .

The living room also has a Queen Sleeper sofa. We try & make this your home away from home and provide many of the basics and extra's, right down to the laundry detergent & beach chairs!
Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community with 2 pools, one is beach front and is about 200 steps from the front door! Barrier Dunes also has lighted tennis courts, a playground, board walks and is located just outside St. Joseph State Park!
The beach was voted the number 1 beach in the USA by Dr. Beach... see the pictures and you can understand why! It's a great place for families and couples who want to enjoy the pristine beach without worrying about "spring breakers" partying next door!
Without high rise condos and with half the Cape being State Park, there is plenty of room on the beach for the kids to play, you to relax and the dogs to run! (yes, we are pet friendly and so is the beach!) You can even go horseback riding on the beach! This is a perfect family retreat!

We also provide: Beach Chairs, Beach umbrella, boogie boards, rafts/floats, buckets/shovels, kite, cooler and more! Hope this will save you time packing and money, if you don't live in a beach area!
