Deposits & Confirmation:
Check, money orders, credit cards accepted .
Deposit equaling to 1/2 stay required for
confirmation of reservations.
Balance of payment (1/2 of total stay amount)
due 30 days prior to arrival.
All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaiian state taxes.
Cancellation Fee & Refunds:
Minimum cancellation charge of $100 on all
confirmed bookings.
No refund or adjustments within 30 days prior to
