Description :
If you are searching for the perfect vacation in Central Florida our spacious villa offers it all! It is situated on the prestigious gated Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club with its well-renowned championship golf course . Our pool has an extended deck overlooking the 17th fairway .
This is an ideal location for golfing holidays or visiting Disney and the other major attractions of Florida . Disney World is about 20 minutes away by car . Our villa sleeps up to 10 and is well appointed . It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the cooking utensils you will need .

The lounge has a sofa, a sofa bed, cable TV, CD/radio/cassette player, video player and 2 dining areas. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with extra large shower, WC and vanity unit. There are 3 additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, and the main bathroom. Towels, linen and hairdryers are provided. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. In the double garage there are a table tennis table and a foosball table. Tennis racquets, a high chair and stroller are provided free of charge.
Our screened swimming pool (with optional heating) is reached by patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. There is an extended pool deck with poolside furniture for relaxing, and pool and patio lights for evening swimming. It is a wonderful location for the perfect holiday.
