Sunset Captiva is located on the Gulf of Mexico side of Captiva Island in the heart of its Old Florida style village . It is a private community of 59 single family homes . Seven homes are beach front . All the homes are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and most of Captiva's lovely shops and restaurants . Some of the owners use their homes as their full time residence, and some are rented .
2 bedroom homes and 2 bedroom with loft homes can sleep 6 - some sleep 7 and the 3 bedroom homes sleep up to 8 . We have access to many homes .

Captiva Sunset Paradise (#28 Sunset Captiva) is a lovely home with 2 Bedrooms plus a large sleeping Loft and 2 Baths. Located in an exclusive beachfront area of Sunset Captiva, very tropical and quiet, it accommodates 6 very comfortably and is just steps to Captiva's white sandy beach! It is in the desirable village area with all the lovely shops and restaurants. With access to two tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, breathtaking sunsets and wonderful shelling you have located the ideal spot for your family's dream vacation!
This vacation home features a living room with cathedral ceiling, a screened lanai, and second floor sun deck. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the colorful and lush tropical plants that surround the property.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and offers a king size bed, cable remote TV and VCR and a master bath. French doors lead to the cozy private sun deck~ also a wonderful place to enjoy the stars in the magical night sky. The first floor has one bedroom with two twin beds. Finally, an oversized loft space (second floor) with two twin beds and access to the sun deck make this home an ideal "home away from home" for a family as large as six.. |
