Description :
Castle Retreat is a beautiful home in the Indian Creek subdivision in Kissimmee, Florida . The Indian Creek neighborhood is 3 .5 miles from Disney’s main gate, and one mile from the many restaurants and shops of Highway 192 . It is 25 minutes to the Orlando airport, 15 minutes to Sea World and 20 minutes to Universal Studios . It is conveniently located near the area’s many golf courses .
Our four bedroom, three bathroom home has 1755 sq . ft . of living area and a two - car garage . The bedrooms are beautifully decorated in themes .

The main master has a king - size bed and opens to the pool area. Its full bath boasts a garden tub and separate shower. The other master has a queen – size bed and its own full bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain a full - size bed and a twin bed. They share the third bathroom. Thus Castle Retreat accommodates up to 10 guests. There is also a Play and Pack type crib and a highchair. The 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, fourth TV with a Playstation 2, collection of DVDs, and games, are also included for your enjoyment.
The screened lanai contains a 13’X 26’ gas heated swimming pool and has patio furniture and a gas grill. The lot backs up to a wall and has a privacy fence.
Smoking is allowed only in the patio area, and no pets are allowed.
Payment options include personal check, money order, or traveler’s check. Payment also can be received by credit card with a 3% surcharge.
