Situated on the closest community to Disneyworld in Kissimmee, Florida, our vacation home provides everything you need for a wonderful family holiday . Our home is perfectly located just a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 5 minutes from Disneyworld .
Welcome to our Florida vacation home set in a quiet street on a peaceful community in Kissimmee but just a few minutes away from everything you need for a memorable vacation . Relax by the pool and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake -cushioned loungers and patio furniture is provided and a table and chairs to enjoy eating al fresco, Why stay in a cramped hotel room- our air-conditioned home offers plenty of room for the whole family .

We have now added some extra features to our vacation home
near Disney - a Disney theme bedroom with bunkbed and own tv/vcr, 7' King size sleigh style bed and tv/dvd to the Master bedroom, 6' Queen bed to the second master, a Playstation 2 console and DVDplayer to the family room and luxury cushioned pooldeck furniture.
The Pool is approx 28' x 12' and can be heated during the cooler months. The south-west aspect means we have sunshine for the best part of the day. The lake, with it's drifting waterlilies and wildlife, is an oasis of calm after a long day at Disney! Padded, comfortable loungers are provided, as well as table and chairs for dining al fresco. Master Bedroom- sliding doors lead onto pooldeck with great views of lake.
The master bathroom has a shower big enough for two and the garden tub is great for a soak after a long day at Disney!The separate toilet is just off the bathroom.
FAMILY ROOM: Plenty of space for everyone with 3 comfy sofas, cable tv, vcr, dvd and Playstation 2 to keep everyone entertained! Ceiling fan with centre light. Sliding doors lead out to pooldeck lanai seating area.. |

A separate laundry room houses a washer, dryer, iron, board and laundry baskets. As well as the kitchen breakfast bar and dining suite overlooking the pool deck there is a separate formal dining room.

We are just 5 mins from Disney parks and 15-20 from Universal. An hour up the east coast will get you to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center, where you can tour the launchpad and meet real astronauts as well as see the new International Space Centre being assembled. An hour and a half drive to Busch Gardens and Tampa aquarium or the Gulf Coast Beaches. 3-4 hours to Miami/Fort Lauderdale, 5-6 hours to the Keys.

Rental Information :
RATES: Our rates range from £525/US$1080 to
£625/US$1,125 including 13% state/tourist tax
per week. We take payment in US Dollars or
£Sterling.
POOL HEAT: Available at extra charge £75/US$135
per week.
We will be happy to give you up to the minute
availability plus a personal quotation for your
chosen dates.
Our prices include end cleaning and utilities.
All bed linens, towels, crockery and utensils
are provided for your use.
Guest Services: We are happy to arrange grocery
packs and additional cleaning during
your stay at an extra cost, please enquire at
time of booking.
