This luxury condominium is located in Highland Woods Golf and Country Club, one mile north of Naples on Rt . 41 in Bonita Springs, Florida . Built in 1996, it has been used only three or four months per year and is in mint condition .
This third (top) floor condo has two bedrooms and two full baths and a spectacular golf course view . Sit on the screened lanai and watch (from the 3rd floor) everyone tee off on the first hole! The living, dining, and kitchen ceilings are vaulted . All living areas, including a screened lanai, overlook the first tee and several fairways .

You'll be a few minutes' walk from the clubhouse, heated pool, jacuzzi, and lighted tennis courts. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a five-minute drive away. Boat rental and/or dockage is available nearby. Shopping of every variety is nearby as well. A 15 store shopping center including Albertsons, Target, Blockbuster, Pharmacy, DQ, etc., is just outside the gate house - a two-minute drive or ten-minute walk.
Your rental can include full transfer of our country club membership with discounted greens fees. The 18-hole, championship-length course includes five tee lengths and water on most holes, making it challenging for all levels of play. Facilities include a clubhouse, pro shop, locker rooms, informal and formal dining, a full bar, exercise equipment, and an aqua practice range. Club cleaning and storage services are available.
The condo is custom-decorated; it's not a bare bones rental. It's fully-equipped with a washer/dryer, two TVs, VCR, AM/FM/casette/CD players, corless phone (phone in each bedroom), answering machine, and much more. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, radiant-top stove, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, ice maker, and a full complement of small appliances.
There is covered parking adjacent to the building; access is by stairs or elevator.. |
