Prices are per night - two night minimum. (See

Efficiency Up to 2 people:
May 1 thru December 14 ----- from $65.00
December 15 thru April 30 -- from $90.00
One Bedroom Up to 2 people:
May 1 thru December 14 ----- from $100.00
December 15 thru April 30 -- from $160.00
Two Bedroom Up to 4 People:
May 1 thru December 14 ----- from $175.00
December 15 thru April 30 -- from $225.00
Extended Stay Discounts on One and Two Bedroom
Apartment Suites:
* 7 thru 13 day stay --- 5% off daily rate
* 14 thru 29 day stay --- 10% off daily rate
* 30 thru 59 day stay --- 15% off daily rate
* 60 day stay and over -- 20% off daily rate.
Minimum 25% deposit required with reservation -
Balance due on arrival - $15.00 charge for each
reservation change. Refunds on deposits require a
30-day minimum notice in writing - there will be
a minimum $50 cancellation fee. Reservations made
within 30 days of arrival will be charged for two
nights if cancelled. Early departures are subject
to re-rental and a minimum $50 administration
fee.

. Late Checkout: After 12pm at half daily rate,
after 5pm at full daily rate
. Any changes in reservation must be made in
writing
. Additional persons are $10.00 per night per
person
. Children age 2-16 are $5.00 per night, children
under age 2 are free
. Rates are subject to Florida Tax
. Daily maid service is optional at an additional
charge
