Gerry and Ingrid welcome you to our centrally airconditioned condos in beautiful Maui . We own two one-Bedroom condos in Kauhale Makai also known as Village by the Sea, located at 938 South Kihei Road #523 and #307, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii .
Centrally located on Maui's Sunshine coast of Kihei . Enjoy a wonderful view of the Pacific along the Kihei coast . Sit on the private lanai and sunbathe and enjoy the warm Maui tropical breeze .

Stroll for hours on the miles of sandy beaches. Shop in several pleasant malls close by. With 2 condos in the same building bring your friends! NEW queen- pull-out couch!
Our two condos are most suitable for two adults or a family of three or four. Fully-equipped kitchen and bath. The dining room seats four.
There is a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. The Kauhale Makai complex includes an adult pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, miniature putting green and you can use the tennis courts next door. The front desk has other fun suggestions for you as well.
These are special! While each condo on it's own is truely fantastic, if you want to visit Hawaii with friends, why not both get a condo in the same building! Check them out, both are almost identical!

Rates --$75.00 U.S. to $110.00 U.S. for two
people plus 11.43% tax, depending on season and
length of stay.
One Bedroom Condo Rates:
* Rates (April 1 - April 30): $85.00US for two
people plus 11.43% tax per night.
* Rates (May 1 - Sept 30): $75.00US for two
people plus 11.43% tax per night.
* Rates (Oct 1 - Dec 14): $85.00US for two people
plus 11.43% tax per night.
* Rates (Dec 15 - March 31): $110.00US for two
people plus 11.43% tax per night.
Additional Persons: - $5.00US per night for one
person plus 11.43% tax. There is no extra charge
for children twelve years and under.
Cleaning:A cleanup fee of $57.20US will be
charged for stays of less than eight days.
Minimum Stay: - Minimum stay is 5 nights. Can be
any day to any day, however, we will make an
exception if we have short gaps in between
bookings.
