All our condos are centrally located on Maui's Sunshine coast of Kihei and all are tastefully updated .
Hale Kamaole #338 is a two bedroom/two bathroom condo that will accommodate up to six people . This is a very large two level condo located on the third floor, above one of the two pools, at the upper end of the Hale Kamaole complex . There is an elevator in the building . The condo has a nice garden as well as ocean view from the lanai (balcony) . Excellent swimming and snorkelling less than 5 minutes from condo at fabulous Kamaole Beach Park #3 .

Rental Information :
Rates (April 1 - December 14): $110US for four
people plus 11.43% tax per night.
Rates (December 15 - March 31): $150.00US for
four people plus 11.43% tax per night.
Additional Persons: $10.00US per night for each
additional adult, plus 11.43% tax per night.
Children over 13 are considered adults.
Minimum Stay: - Minimum stay is 5 nights. Can be
any day to any day, however, we will make an
exception if we have short gaps in between
bookings.
Cleaning: A one-time cleanup fee of $83.00US will
be charged for stays of less than eight nights.
Check in time: 2:00PM check out time 10:00AM
Deposit: $200.00US. The deposit must be received
by us within one week of your request for
reservations in order for us to hold the condo.
Balance is due sixty days prior to leaving for
Maui. A $100 damage deposit is required at time
of final payment sixty days prior to leaving.
