Location: Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, USA (14 miles from Kahului Airport)
The Kamaole Sands complex is located on 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds . Children will especially enjoy the expansive grassy areas for play and sports . Our swimming pool was re-surfaced in September of 2003 and looks and feels brand-new! All nearby beaches are the safest on Maui . The condos are located just across from Kamaole Beach Park III - a beautiful sandy beach perfect for snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, and whale watching . We are also just minutes away from world-class championship golf courses at Makena and Wailea as well as Wailea's expansive and beautiful beaches, and a short walk from many shops and restaurants .

This Unit is located on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The garden setting makes for a relaxing and peaceful stay, while the nearby beaches offer fun and excitement. The condo is very spacious at 818 square feet, with one bedroom and two bathrooms, and has a tiled 166-square-foot lanai.
The unit was completely remodeled in 2001. We tiled the living room and enlarged it by removing the table and chairs, replacing them with four barstools adjacent to the kitchen counter. Both bathrooms were retiled, and both bathrooms now have showers rather than bathtubs.
There is a big round table, four chairs and a lounge chair on the lanai. The bedroom has a king bed, and there is a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Both living room and bedroom have cable TV. There is a stereo system and a VCR in the living room. The A/C unit is located in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Linens and towels are provided.
We have installed a number combination padlock on the bedroom closet. This is an owner's closet and it is only available to guests who rent directly from us. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella and some sand toys. . |

11.42% Hawaii state and hotel taxes. Rates apply
to 1-4 guests with a maximum of 4 guests. Rates
subject to change without notice. Stays less than
7 nights require a cleaning fee of $65. No
smoking, no pets.
There is $100 cancellation fee, for reservations
cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival. If
cancellation is received 30 days or less before
arrival, the deposit can be forfeited.
