Location: Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, USA (14 miles from Kahului Airport)
The Kamaole Sands complex is located on 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds . Children will especially enjoy the expansive grassy areas for play and sports . Our swimming pool was re-surfaced in September of 2003 and looks and feels brand-new! All nearby beaches are the safest on Maui . The condos are located just across from Kamaole Beach Park III - a beautiful sandy beach perfect for snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, and whale watching . We are also just minutes away from world-class championship golf courses at Makena and Wailea as well as Wailea's expansive and beautiful beaches, and a short walk from many shops and restaurants .

This unit is very spacious at 818 square feet. It is located on the ground floor and has a private lanai that opens into a beautiful tropical garden. There is a round table and four chairs on the lanai.
The condo was recently renovated and it is very clean and bright. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, diposal, telephone, television with cable (both in the living room and the bedroom), VCR, CD player, A/C unit in the living room. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people: 2 on the queen bed in the bedroom and 2 on the queen pull-out sofa in the living room. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in your rental package.
We have installed number combination padlocks on both the kitchen pantry and the bedroom closet. These are owner's closets and are only available to guests who rent directly from us. There are two beach chairs, an umbrella and some sand toys in the bedroom closet and a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies in the pantry. The code and the opening instructions will be provided when your reservation is confirmed. . |

Deposit of $200 is required for reservation.
Rates shown are in US dollars and do not include
11.42% Hawaii state and hotel taxes. Rates apply
to 1-4 guests with a maximum of 4 guests. Rates
subject to change without notice. Stays less than
7 nights require a cleaning fee of $65. No
smoking, no pets.
There is $100 cancellation fee, for reservations
cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival. If
cancellation is received 30 days or less before
arrival, the deposit can be forfeited.
