Description :
This fourth floor one bedroom condos at Sundial Beach Resort
has a great gulf view and is convenient to both the beach and pool . This condo has been newly remodeled and redecorated, including a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances .
Our Living Room features sofa that converts to queen sized bed, and comfy chaise for reading some of the good books we supply in the condo . Also, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo (we supply family friendly videos and DVD's too) . The telescopic sliding doors from the living room and bedroom open wide to the screened lanai so you can enjoy the sounds of the surf while you're reading or watching TV .

Between living room and kitchen is dining room table and 4 chairs.
Our bedroom features king sized bed, and built-in drawers and cabinets for your Sanibel casual wardrobe, as well as two closets. Bedroom also has phone, alarm clocks (who needs 'em on Sanibel you say?), ceiling fan and reading lights above the bed. The full opening sliding doors lead from the bedroom to the screened lanai where you'll find a glider with ottoman, chaise lounge, dining table with chairs and 2 ceiling fans.
Featured are all-new white cabinets with ample storage, new deep blue countertop, new floor tile in kitchen and dining room area, ceiling fan, new appliances including microwave & dishwasher, fun dishes, and everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal if you're so inclined. And just off the kitchen hallway you'll find our newly installed washer/dryer, in case you need to wash your apron!
Stereo CD player with cassette & AM/FM is another one of our features. In the hallway leading to the bath, you'll find a linen closet and another clothes closet. Check all the nooks and cranny's of the condo for games, videos, books, and other surprises!
YES we have indoor plumbing! Our bathroom features full tub and shower, vanity, wall-mounted hair dryer, and of course the all important commode. Pretty pink seashell wallpaper and towels.. |
