All common areas are tiled. Bedding arrangements are king in master, queen in second bedroom, twin beds in third bedroom and full/single bunk in bedroom four. The first master suite also benefits from a romantic poster bed. Bedroom four is Disney themed.

House available for rent all year. Nightly rate
is from $119 including tax at 12%. Rate is for
the whole house and is NOT a per person charge.
House accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
Precise nightly rate depends on number of nights
booked, season and number of guests. Please e

INCLUDE 12% tax.
20% Reservation Deposit payable at time of
booking and is not refundable. Balance payable 6
weeks prior to arrival.

Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is before
10:00 AM.
NO cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or longer.
If your stay is LESS than 5 nights, then a
cleaning fee of $80 will be charged.
Security deposit of $140 required - refundable in
full within 30 days of departure assuming no
damage to house or contents.
