Description :
Alaeloa is located near Napili in West Maui . Fine beaches, consistently balmy weather, wonderful views, privacy and proximity to renowned golf courses, make this a prime vacation destination .
Each unit at Alaeloa has has approximately 1300± square feet . Unit 40 has 2 upstairs bedrooms, one with a king sized bed (and a marvelous view of Molokai) . The other bedroom has twin beds . Unit 41 is a one story unit with a king sized bed in the Master Bedroom, and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom . There are 2 full baths in both units .

Unit 40 features an upstairs lanai with sweeping views.
The Alaeloa units, have an ocean view and views of Molokai from their lanai, and from the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a 25 inch color remote controlled TV with cable and VCR. There is also a stereoCD/cassette/tuner system.
Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, conventional oven and stove, refrigerator/ice maker and dishwasher as well as a full supply of glasses, dishes and cooking utensils.

Dinner cruises, trips to the volcano (Haleakala) are easily arranged. Marvelous, beautiful, wonderful sunsets occur nightly!

Vacation Rental Rates:
2003 High Season (December 15-April 30 and July 1-
August 30) $6,000/month
2003 Low Season (May, June, September-Dec 15)
$4,000/month
Minimum Stay: 30 day minimum stay.
Deposits: One half months rent per unit must be
paid by check at time of reservation. For
Christmas and High season, full months deposit is
required.
Cancellations: Full deposits are refunded only if
cancellations are made:
60 days prior to arrival for stays between Dec.
22-April 30 and June 16-Aug. 31
30 days prior to arrival for any arrivals April
16-June 15, and Sept. 1-Dec. 21.
Maid Service: Maid service during the stay may be
arranged at an additional charge.
Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people
State Tax: Rates do not include Hawaii room tax
of 11.416%
