It is not in the tourist area commonly associated with crowds. Because it is not in a tourist area, there is very little automobile traffic. This is a NO SMOKING HOUSE.
Beautiful Local Beaches:
There are several very nice secluded beaches just 5 minutes from the house. These are not the tourist beaches, they are beaches that local Floridians who are "in the know" use.... They have shaded picnic facilities, and trees to set up your chairs under, or plenty of sandy sunshine if you prefer..
House completely remodeled - and - air conditioned:
This house has been completely remodeled. It has new walls, new paint, new ceilings, new kitchen, new vanities in the restrooms, new carpet, new floor tile..... It is very nice and clean... it has a great room with a kitchen that overlooks the great room and has a clear view out the back windows... the back wall of the great room has horizontal windows that offer a beautiful view of the water.... There are 3 sleeping bedrooms, Master Bedroom with King size bed, second Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, and Florida room with two Futons, 1 double, and 1 single.
The house is located on the water. There is a view of the water out the back windows in the house.... The back yard has a seawall that has 2 floating docks where you can keep our boat tied up for your convenience, or bring your own boat. . |

The pool is very nice. One third of the pool is 6' deep and children must be supervised by an adult. There should be no diving from the sides of the pool or from the docks.

There are several very well known Golf courses within 30 minutes of the house. Innisbrook is to the south about 15 minutes.
The Florida attractions in Orlando are about 90 minutes by car from our house. The Interstates offer easy access to the Orlando attractions. It is easy to drive to the Orlando area, enjoy a day's worth of attractions and return to the house that evening. There are several 'very classy' restaurants within 15 minutes of the house.
