The Screen room has a very nice table and chairs for 6. For those that are nautically inclined, notice the "compass rose" that is built into the tile in the floor. There are six very comfortable chairs for eating / entertaining of just watching the Great Blue Herons that have 2 nests in the top of the trees across the canal.
The kitchen has been remodeled with new countertops and barstools. With the dining table that seats 6 and the barstools, it is easy to serve 10 or more people.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking ware and utinsels, microwave, dishwasher and good storage space for groceries.
The Master bedroom has a new king size bed, and an ajoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a view of the pool area and the water through the windows. There are 2 stained glass windows over th head of the bed, both have a nautical theme.
