The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds.
The view from the windows in the Florida Room and from the back yard overlooks the water. The canal benhind the house leads directly to the Gulf. Sometimes you can also spot dophins, sea turtles and manatees in this canal. If you are interested in fishing, you can also fish from the dock and the seawall in the backyard.
There is screened in back porch on the back of the home (with 2 ceiling fans to circulate the Florida breezes) where you can sit and enjoy the evenings.
There are about 1800 homes in this Gulfside community with the vast majority of them on the water. Some of the homes are on the golf course, and these are not on the water.
The beach on the left is the "private beach" for beach club members only. Because you are staying at this beautiful Florida vacation home, you will have beach membership and can use the beach facilities.
