This is Emerald waters condo, a luxury, 36 unit, condominium resort overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in historic Frangista Beach on Old Highway 98 . We have private access to the beach that is only a 100 step walk . There are new houses being built across the street that will effect the direct view that we had before .

Our condo is 1 1/2 years new and is professionally decorated to feel like home. Located on the desirable ground floor so there is no carts or elevators to deal with. You can park your car right in front of the unit for easy loading and unloading. The patio is only a few feet from the pool/spa.
Wonderful trundle beds in the large guest bedroom make sleeping arrangements for up to four people very nice allowing for more family room space. No Smoking and NO Pets.
"WITHOUT QUESTION" MANY OF THE FINEST RESTAURANTS ANY WHERE CAN BE FOUND IN DESTIN; AND THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THE SEAFOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH AND WONDERFUL.. |
