Our home includes everything that you will need for your vacation from linens, towels, fully supplied kitchen to beach chairs/umbrella and beach towels . Available Weekly or Monthly Year Round .
Our lushly landscaped 3 bedroom, den/office, heated pool/spa vacation home is located in Marco Island, Florida in a quiet/private area with a backyard that borders a nature preserve that is next to Barfield Bay . The Gulf of Mexico beaches are a short drive from our house . One block away is the Shops of Marco Plaza which has great restaurants, shopping and a post office .

Our home provides the prefect place to stay for a quiet, relaxing vacation on Marco Island and nearby Naples.
Brand new (2002) lovely 3 bedroom/den home in quiet, private area of Marco Island. Walk to shops and restaurants. Home has heated pool and spa and den a with desk and printer. It's just a short drive to beach from this fabulous vacation home. Stay at this quiet island home and avoid the traffic, cost and chaos of the high rise hotels.

This beautiful home is available weekly, monthly
or for the season. Stay in the south end of the
island where the "locals" live and take advantage
of all of the benefits of a vacation on Marco
island while experiencing the island as the
locals do.
Deposits:
Price quoted does not include cleaning fee
($135), $500 refundable security deposit,
reservation fee ($35)and Florida state tax.
1/3 of total cost required to reserve house.
1/3 of total cost due 60 days Before Rental.
Remainder due 30 days Before Rental.
