The bed is a queen size and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper as well, the unit accommadates 4 people. There are tvs/vcrs/dvds in the bedroom and the livingroom. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and MUCH more. The unit has a view of the gulf and has it's own private beach access as stated before. In the unit you have access to beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella. From the screened in lanai you overlook the pool and can see the Gulf.
