Sand Key:
The Sand Key area of Clearwater lies just south of Clearwater Beach, across the bridge over Clearwater Pass . Gulf Boulevard runs down the middle of Sand Key, which is a barrier island on the west coast of Florida . Less than a mile wide, the western side of Gulf Blvd . has sandy white beaches and a row of high rise condominiums . The eastern side of Sand Key fronts on the Intracoastal waterway, and is lined by condos, townhouses, and single family homes .

Lighthouse Towers is a direct beachfront building on the Gulf of Mexico in the Sand Key area of Clearwater Beach .

This condo offers a gulf front heated pool with oceanview (and is located on the side of the building with all day sunshine), spa, a wet bar with BBQ grills, tennis court, shuffleboard, reserved parking spot and 24 hour security.
Our condo is a beautiful unit located on the 18th floor (unit 1906) which provides every comfort and convenience along with spectacular views. The entire unit has recently been remodeled, including new carpet, paint, remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, new vertical blinds, all new linens, towels, etc. The unit is fully furnished and has all amenities you will need during your stay.
The kitchen has recently been remodeled and now has a breakfast bar area. It has refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove/microwave, coffeemaker, blender, washer/dryer, iron, phone, dishes, pots, flatware, etc., and a spectacular view of intracoastal waterway.
The second bedroom shares the same amazing view of the intracoastal. This bedroom has 2 large closets, 2 twin beds, dresser, and bathroom with shower/bath.
The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and provides ample space to dine, while the living room includes sofa, 2 chairs, desk, sofabed and entertainment center with cable TV, VCR and cordless phone. The highlight of the room is the sliding doors leading to balcony overlooking gulf.

Waterview from every window. Watch the sun come up from the kitchen and bedroom windows over the intracoastal and view it setting from the Gulfside balcony off of the living room and master bedroom.
