The units have cable TV, individual air conditioning and heating, telephone and equipped kitchen .
Just a few steps and you're on the beach (100 yards from the beach) . You are also close to shopping and restaurants . All the furniture are updated . There is a full bath with jacuzzi tub and shower combination, a living area, dining area, 1 bedroom and fully equipped kitchen . The unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room .

Laundry facilities are shared by four units. There is a heated swimming pool at the Recreation Center which is close to the unit. There is a fishing pier 2 blocks away from the bungalow, by Boca Ciega Bay.. |
