We are very proud of our home and are happy to share it with those looking for something special to compliment their holiday . The large 4-bed, 2-storey house has been professionally furnished and tastefully decorated providing luxurious, spacious accommodation whilst retaining that very special home-from-home quality .
The house is located in the popular residential area of Westridge, Davenport . It is ideally situated for quick and easy access to all the theme parks, restaurants, golf clubs, supermarkets, etc . The south facing pool, benefiting from all day sunshine, overlooks open fields and provides a perfect haven for those seeking peace and tranquility after those 'action packed' days .

Regular sightings of deer, hot air balloons taking flight from, and landing in the field, and hang-gliders floating by are just a few delights to be enjoyed from here.
We love Florida and we love our home in Westridge. Our house is our home, not just a rental property, a fact you will see reflected in every aspect of the interior and exterior of the house. We like to spend as much time as possible there ourselves, but at other times are pleased to be able to offer the house for rent. Once your decision is made to rent our house we are there to help you every step of the way. This can include arranging flights, car hire, etc.
The house is ideally situated at Westridge on Highway 27, located between Highway 192 and the Interstate 4 (I4). As well as being a very quiet, residential area it is also convenient for visiting the numerous shops and restaurants found on the 192 and for quick and easy access to all the theme parks and shopping malls via the I4.. |

All prices quoted are for the rental of the home
per week not per person, based on a maximum of 8
people sharing. Our prices are inclusive of all
taxes. Pool heat is available, normally
recommended between October and May, at an
additional cost of £10 per day.
The prices quoted may be negotiable depending on
availability and length of visit. The exclusive
couples deal is for a maximum of two people
sharing, any month, any season.
