The first floor offers a kids bunk bedroom complete with a full size futon couch that converts to a bed, two sets of bunk beds, stereo, tv and vcr. This bedroom opens out on to the pool deck and private garden area. There is a two car garage, laundry room and full bathroom on the first floor.
The second floor of Terra Cotta Palm offers a gorgeous hard wood floor living room and dining room, full service kitchen, surround sound stereo system, tv/vcr/dvd, a wide outdoor balcony complete with gas grill and a spiral staircase down to your own private pool. Also on this floor are two custom painted bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (twin mattress on top and full mattress on bottom), a full bath adjoining the other bedroom with a queen size bed. In the hallway is a half bath for guests.
On the third floor of this great home is a master suite with a king size bed, a full size futon and a closet large enough to use as a nursery (portable crib and ceiling fan in closet).. |
