You'll pretend to enjoy this small community of Frangista Beach which has been a local landmark since the 50's . It lies between Destin and Sandestin on Scenic Hiwy 98 . The charm is still there, yet with modern amenities . Wake up to unrestricted views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your front porches on the first and second floors . Walk across the street to the beach, or rent bikes at the Miami Market and stroll down the sidewalks to get ice cream .
This home is beautifully decorated, with an open floor plan, including two sofas (one sleeper) and chairs in the living room, and a large dining room table, seating ten, plus a bar .

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, including a gas cook top, and a separate laundry room. The downstairs bedroom, with a king size bed, has a private access to the downstairs bathroom and opens to the back porch and private pool in the back yard. The upstairs Master bedroom opens up to the balcony overlooking the beach and has a king size bed and large bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, beach views, and shares a "jack-and-jill" bathroom (separate sinks) with the kids bunk/play room. There are 3 sets of bunk beds in this large room with a foosball table, games, and TV. Your kids will have plenty to entertain them when they're not at the beach.
There are beautifully stained concrete floors downstairs. Of course, the private pool in the large, fenced back yard is nice for fresh water swimming, while others play ball or frisbee nearby. Your family will want to return here year after year. You'll be 5 minutes from shopping at the new Destin Commons, including Bass Pro Shops, and 10 theaters, and less than 10 minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Sandestin.
