There is a one car, enclosed garage on the first floor for our guest’s use.
The second floor of this home offers many entertaining possibilities! While the teens are barbequing on the first floor, the adults can be enjoying the gourmet kitchen on the second. Blessed with top of the line, gourmet appliances, surrounded by an ample bar and four stools, a breakfast table that seats four, a dining table that seats 10 and a bar area with a sofa and two chairs for your lounging pleasure.
There is also a den area on this level that offers space for your quiet moments of relaxation and the sleeping possibility of a queen sleeper sofa and a loveseat, half bath and an office/desk area. From the second level, enjoy the dramatically large deck areas with awesome gulf views, an outside dining table and chairs. Imagine the entertaining possibilities! The third floor is dedicated to gorgeous views and peaceful sleep. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The master bath has a private Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.. |
