Looking for a charming, cozy Crystal Beach cutie? This cottage has it all! Only 325’ to the gorgeous white sands of the Emerald Coast, a private pool, three bedrooms, two baths loaded with all you need for a great family vacation .
On the first floor you will find hard wood floors and a wood burning fireplace, living room, dining area and separate breakfast nook . The kitchen has been updated with a Kenmore ceramic cook-top range and Kenmore quiet dishwasher .
There are two, carpeted bedrooms, with walk-in closets, and a guest bathroom .

First bedroom has two twin beds and the 2nd bedroom has two queen size beds. The second floor is the large master suite,with a fireplace and sitting area. This area has a TV-VCR with plenty of view from the balcony. You will also find a full bath and large walk-in closet. The front porch is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, or to watch the sunset in the evening. You will also enjoy the wrap around porch to the back where you will find a large deck with a NEW POOL, and plenty room for sunning or Bar-B-Q. The cottage is surrounded with the natural Oaks of the area to provide you with a garden privacy.
The Crystal Beach community is located just east of Destin, and directly south of the Mid-Bay Bridge, away from the crowds, yet close to the beach.
No rentals to students or student groups with a chaperone. Renters must be 25 years of age. Identification required.. |
