The villa covers an area of 2954 square feet and has the added bonus of two living areas, which can allow guests to enjoy some "peaceful time" .

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and ceiling fans are also fitted in the master bedroom, great room and lanai (outside by pool).
Our villa has the added benefit of two master bedrooms.
Both masters are well equipped with their own TV's and have direct access onto the pool area.
There are also a further 2 bedrooms, both twins which share a family bathroom.
There are 2 lounges, a great open plan well equipped kitchen, a breakfast seating nook overlooking the pool as well as a formal dining area.
There is also a separate laundry room with washer, drier and steam iron and ironing board.
The rear of the property boasts a magnificent fully screened, south facing, sparkling swimming pool with jacuzzi. The pool has underwater lighting for taking that late night dip, there are fans fitted in the lanai and there is ample seating for everyone - 2 tables, 8 chairs and 4 loungers.. |
