Our villa is located at Oakpoint, just off CR54 . We are 6 mins drive from ChampionsGate with it's golf course, local shops and restaurants, 8 mins from Hwy 192 and 10-15 mins from Disney .Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Seaworld are about 20 mins drive away .
A short drive from Disney, ChampionsGate, the I4 and 192 gives it an ideal location to visit the many attractions on offer in the Orlando area . The villa has a south facing pool and patio area which ensures day long sunshine all year round .
The villa is large and spacious, comprising of 4 large bedrooms, including a master en-suite bedroom with a King Size Bed .

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third a Queen and Twin bed and the fourth Twin Beds. There is a further bathroom.
Think of all the space and freedom you could enjoy compared to a hotel room with the added bonus of your own private pool.
Period Of Rental:
- The rental period commences 4pm local time on the day of arrival.
- The villa must be vacated by 10am local time on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.. |

Pool heating £60/$99 per wk.
The prices are per week for the villa and are
fully inclusive of local taxes. Pool heating
(recommended between October and April) is an
optional additional cost, and needs to be
requested at the time of booking.
For bookings of 7 nights or less there is a
cleaning surcharge of £50/$80.
Deposits and Payment:
A non refundable deposit of £100/$160 per week
(maximum £200/$320) is required to secure the
booking, along with a completed booking form.
A security deposit of £200/$320 is required when
the final balance is due. The security deposit
will be returned within 30 days of your return,
subject to confirmation from our Management
Company that no loss or damage has occured to the
villa.
The amount of security deposit does not limit
your liability and if you or any of your party
cause damage/loss which is greater than the
security deposit held, you will be invoiced and
held accountable for any bills to repair the
damage/loss.
The balance including the security depsoit
(refundable) is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure are
payable in full at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel yoor booking if
the balance is not paid by the due date.
