Vacation with style in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Okaloosa Island . Our privately owned condo sleeps 6-8 guests . There are two queen beds, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa . Our unit overlooks the condo pool and is less than 100 yards from the sugar white sands of Destin/Ft . Walton Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico . This is a 2-story vacation condo with a private master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level . Our fully equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, and dishwasher . Linens are provided and the washer/dryer is located inside the condo .

$200 deposit due with reservation. Full payment
is due 45 days in advance. $200 Security deposit
required. No pets, no smoking. Saturday to
Saturday rentals only during summer season and
during Spring Break. $50 clean fee and 10% tax.
Minimum age requirement of 25. Prices are
subject to change until confirmed.
2/28 - 5/21 $125/night/$850/week
5/21 - 8/13 $1100/week
8/13 - 11/5 $100/night/$650/week
11/5 - 2/28 $95/night/$550/week
