My home is just south of New Smyrna Beach . It's on the water with a private dock, with a boat launch close by .
This is our second home . It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a 25' x 14' screened room . Some of the state's best fishing and boating . We also are just 10 miles from some of Florida's white Sand Beaches . The fishing is the best Florida has to offer: Reds, 30 lb large Gator trout and much more .
We are minutes to state parks, Canaveral, National Sea shores and Merit Island wildlife . At these parks you can see Manatees and Eagles nesting .

Lots of Florida wildlife, including alligators. You also can watch in the back for Space Shuttle launches. We are just about 10 miles to the Space Coast and about 20 to the Space Center. Orlando, with all the parks (Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios), are about 1 to 1 1/2 hour's drive. Great shopping, We also have some beautiful golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Bethune Beach park with recreational facilities and fishing pier.We also offer a fishing guide if needed, So bring your boat and come enjoy one of Florida's best kept secrets; the Indian River. We will try and make your vacation one to remember.
